Book a CallHello Loves. Let's have a career conversation.
You can be good at what you do and still know it's time for something different. Maybe the pay no longer matches the work, the hours don't fit your life, or you're ready for more options without starting completely over.
Construction probably isn't the first place you thought to look.
It might be time to change that.
Some of what this industry needs may already be sitting on your resume.

One of my clients spent 10 years as an administrative assistant and almost didn't book the call.
In construction, that experience can translate into roles like site coordinator.
Because she was flexible on location, even more options opened up. She's now a senior coordinator on a new data center build in Illinois, with travel pay and a housing stipend included.
She didn't start over.
We figured out how the experience she already had could work in a different industry.
Real Transformations
From Administrative Work to a Federal Construction Contract
"I had no idea how much of an advantage I had until Nia explained it to me. I completed the certifications she recommended, and it paid off: I was offered a role as an Engineer Technician on a major federal construction project in the nation's capital, with a security clearance upgrade already underway. I've been patient and consistent trying to break into this industry, and this truly is a blessing."

From Curiosity to a Union Pre-Apprenticeship
"My brother was accepted into Local 3 after completing his pre-apprenticeship program. Your one-on-one mentoring and the roadmap you built gave him direction, confidence, and a clear path forward."

Dress the Part
Women interviewing for apprenticeships always ask me what to wear, and business casual is usually the first thought.
My advice? A collared shirt and a good pair of name-brand work boots.
Then add your personality. Keep the accessories. Keep your femininity.
You don't have to look like somebody else to belong in the room.
Put your best boot forward.
Why the Trades, Why Now
There are opportunities here, and more women are starting to see them.
Beyond the Field: OSHA Training
Construction isn't limited to working with tools on a jobsite.
I'm also an OSHA-authorized Outreach Trainer and offer OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour safety courses for professionals and teams who need certified safety training.
There's more than one way to build a career in this industry.
