1. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products—including but not limited to downloadable guides, eBooks, planners, and resource bundles—are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By purchasing a digital product from TLB, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for verifying the product details before completing your purchase
  • You will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including download issues due to local device incompatibility

2. Live Workshops and Virtual Events

All purchases related to TLB’s live virtual workshops, webinars, or special events are non-refundable, regardless of your attendance or participation.

By registering for a live event, you understand that:

  • Event fees are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend for any reason
  • Recordings or materials (if offered) may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

TLB offers membership and subscription services that provide exclusive access to digital content, travel resources, and community features.

All subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

  • No refunds will be issued once a subscription payment has been processed
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits through the remainder of your billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current cycle after cancellation

4. Billing Issues & Support

While refunds are not provided, we are committed to resolving any billing-related issues promptly. If you believe you were charged in error or are experiencing a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us:
